Through Zapier. During setup you connect ZenMaid to Supernila with a Zap, and from then on lead details flow out and booking and invoice data flows back in. There is no separate bundle or license to buy. You keep your existing ZenMaid subscription.
Does Supernila create bookings in ZenMaid?
No. ZenMaid stays the source of truth for scheduling and invoicing, and Supernila does not create or change bookings there. Supernila works on the marketing side: getting found, answering questions on your site, capturing the lead, and following up.
What happens to a lead if the connection breaks?
The lead is captured in Supernila first, so it is never dependent on the Zap firing. Follow-up continues from Supernila either way, and you are notified when a new lead comes in.
