No. Housecall Pro stays the source of truth for scheduling and invoicing, and Supernila does not create or change bookings there. Nila helps you get found, answers questions on your site, captures the lead, and follows up.
What happens to a lead if the connection breaks?
The lead is captured in Supernila first, so it is never dependent on the Zap firing. Follow-up continues from Supernila either way, and you are notified when a new lead comes in.
