What do you mean by “AI front office”?
Your online front office is what a customer meets before they talk to you: your Google profile, your website, your town pages, and the replies and follow-ups after they ask for a quote. Nila runs that part. She does not answer your phone or schedule your crews.

Are my inquiries shared with anyone else?

How long does setup take?

A few minutes here and there. Nila texts you draft posts: reply OK and it goes live, reply SKIP and it doesn’t, or tell her what to change. You share job photos when you have them and call back the homeowners Nila sends you. She handles the rest.
Who is Supernila a good fit for?
Owner-led residential home service businesses, with a small office and up to 10 crews, that want more estimate requests from homeowners nearby. We work with painting, roofing, general contracting, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping and cleaning, starting with painters.
